Shipping Information
Your cabinet will be shipped by common
carrier (semi truck) to your curbside (where available).
ANY EXTRA DELIVERY SERVICE MUST BE PREPAID at the
time of order including inside and lift
gate delivery. Its is necessary that someone is available to
receive the cabinet at your "Ship To" address. The freight
company will not leave your cabinet without a signed delivery
receipt. If the freight company is unable to make delivery on their
first or second try, they will charge you extra for re-delivery.
The person signing to accept the shipment
is responsible for visually inspecting the cabinet and NOTING ON
THE FREIGHT BILL any damage upon
arrival. If the corrugated box is the damaged at all we highly
recommend opening and looking over the cabinet. Refuse delivery of
damaged freight by signing "refused for freight damage" and call
us for a refund or replacement. Damage to removable parts like
doors and glass can usually be replaced if your prefer not to get a

If someone is not available to receive your cabinet
during normal business hours you can enter "Hold at Terminal" at the "Ship To"
address. The freight company will call for you to pick up your order at
their terminal. We can also ship to the address of a neighbor or relative
who may be easier to catch at home.
